Ingenuity Orthodontic Marketing presents "Great Smiles," a Kohrs Orthodontics contest! This contest provides an opportunity for Kohrs Orthodontics patients to show off their brilliant smiles, share their stories with friends and family, and win some cool prizes.
Deadline: May 24, 2011
Eligibility: All current and past Kohrs Orthodontics patients may enter. Participants must provide a photo of their smile and a short essay about their experience with Kohrs Orthodontics. All entries are subject to the approval of contest administrator. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Vote: Anyone may vote once per entry.
Prizes: All entrants qualify for a $50 iTunes gift card drawing. Entrants who receive 15 votes or more qualify for Apple iPod Touch drawing. Entrant with the greatest number of votes will receive Apple iPad.
Notification: Winners will be posted on the contest site and notified via email by May 25, 2011.
